We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Coordinator with native-level Mandarin proficiency to coordinate and manage relationships with our marketing affiliates. This role is key to ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with our business partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Management: Serve as the primary liaison for marketing affiliates, managing daily interactions, resolving queries, and fostering alignment with our business objectives.
  • Sales and Campaign Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to prepare materials, proposals, and agreements for affiliates, ensuring that campaigns are optimized and supported for success.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics, generating insights and making strategic adjustments to improve results.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, professional relationships with affiliates, promoting long-term partnerships that support mutual growth.
  • Process Optimization: Work cross-functionally to streamline workflows, enhance communication, and implement improvements in affiliate management processes.
  • Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on affiliate performance, challenges, and opportunities to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
