Job Description

Do you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and excel in building strong client relationships? We are looking for Sales Consultant to spearhead our sales operations and help clients navigate their journey to new opportunities abroad.

Sales Execution:

  • Present and promote products or services to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Close sales by addressing client objections, offering solutions, and negotiating effectively.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases and encourage repeat business.

Revenue-Based Target: Set a specific monetary goal

Unit-Based Target: Focus on the number of services sold

Client-Based Target: Aim for acquiring a specific number of new clients or retaining existing ones

Activity-Based Target: Measure the number of calls, meetings, or proposals completed.


Languages: Malyalam, Kannada Speakers only.

Skills

  • Knowledge of modern techniques and their implementation to boost sales activities.
  • Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
  • Excellent command of soft skills and a deep understanding of sales values and principles.
  • Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
