Overview of the Role:



We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on achieving and exceeding targeted sales of AFM Commercial Vehicles, including Hino and Toyota Material Handling Equipment (TMH). In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the customer service experience while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to maximizing branch profitability and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:



Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for AFM Commercial Vehicles while maximizing profitability by focusing on net sales and gross margin earnings. Maintain an active customer profile database, ensuring all relevant details are up-to-date for analysis and marketing campaigns. Conduct regular customer and field visits to assess business requirements and strengthen relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Attend all sales meetings, modular training sessions, and refresher courses on new products, and communicate with the Sales Manager/Branch Manager regarding any additional training needs.

Required Skills to Be Successful:



Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, particularly in the commercial vehicle or related industries. Customer Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer data and market trends to drive strategic sales decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present products and proposals. Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating terms and closing deals to meet sales targets. Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Market Awareness: Awareness of competitor activities and ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Hino and TMH products and services is an advantage.
