Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our IT solutions and services.
Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in IT infrastructure, applications, and technology solutions. Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular reports on sales progress, forecasts, and market feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and product offerings.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead the negotiation process, ensuring that contracts are signed and customer expectations are managed effectively.
Post-Sales Support: Assist in the transition of clients to the post-sales team, ensuring a smooth handover and addressing any client concerns.
Skills
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales within the IT industry, preferably with a focus on IT infrastructure and application solutions in the Middle East.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT applications, IT infrastructure, and cloud-based solutions. Knowledge of current technology trends and innovations is a plus.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Client Relationship Management: Ability to develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Cultural Awareness: Understanding of the Middle Eastern business environment and cultural nuances in sales and client engagement.
Education: A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
