Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals looking to buy or sell luxury properties.- Use advanced networking, marketing, and prospecting techniques to expand your client base and generate more leads.- Conduct thorough market analysis to assess property values, spot trends, and understand the competitive landscape.- Provide expert advice and pricing recommendations based on detailed market data.- Represent clients’ best interests throughout the transaction, ensuring transparency and fostering trust.- Offer personalized service, negotiate effectively, and provide strategic guidance to exceed client expectations and achieve optimal results.- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including negotiations, inspections, financing, and closings.- Quickly and efficiently resolve any challenges that arise during transactions.- Build strong connections with key industry professionals, such as lenders, lawyers, appraisers, and inspectors, to streamline transactions and enhance client service.- Attend networking events, industry conferences, and community activities to increase brand visibility and expand your referral network.- Collaborate with other brokers and engage directly with clients to deliver top-tier service and achieve shared goals.
Requirements- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market.- Proven track record of success, with evidence of strong return on investment.- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.- Experience in the luxury property sector, with knowledge of both GCC and EU markets.- Excellent communication and fluency in English
