Key Accountabilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets, positioning the company as a premier Facility Management service provider.
- Identify and engage with target industries and clients to expand our market reach and revenue potential.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and exploring fresh avenues for collaboration.
- Analyze market trends, assess deal requirements, and recommend investments to maximize returns.
- Develop and implement negotiating strategies, aligning with company goals to secure partnerships and close new deals.
- Oversee all bidding processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in document submissions.
- Establish strong relationships with potential clients, leading marketing initiatives, attending industry events, and exploring growth opportunities.
- Prepare quotes and proposals, ensure timely tender submissions, and maintain compliance with local authority requirements.
- Drive revenue growth in line with KPIs, producing regular performance reports for the Business Development department.

Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5-8 years in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing within the Facility Management sector, with a strong track record in securing contracts and generating revenue.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management abilities. Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Independent, proactive, and capable of managing uncertainty with a positive, growth-oriented approach.
