Job Description

We're currently hiring for a Food Trading Client based in Dubai - As a HORECA Sales Executive from the Food & Beverage Services, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships within the industry and will work closely with hotels, restaurants, catering businesses & other clientele to understand their needs, present their products and secure new business. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the HORECA market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to the company on market conditions and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales within the HORECA sector or a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality, restaurant, and catering market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
