Job Description

We’re seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about healthy living and exceptional customer service. You’ll play a vital role in creating an engaging, welcoming atmosphere while promoting our products and philosophy. This position requires enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Greet and assist customers, ensuring a warm and positive experience. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, ingredients, and their benefits.
  • Sales: Actively promote products, services, and current offers to drive sales and meet revenue goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the menu, ingredients, sustainability practices, and Wild & The Moon’s mission to effectively educate customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Support baristas and kitchen staff when required.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or F&B.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Passion for healthy eating, sustainability, and plant-based lifestyles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
