Job Description

Responsible for sales activities and achievement of sales targets for the paper products which include all paper grades i.e Art Paper & Board, FBB, Kraft Paper, Packaging Boards and various other specialty grades.
Develop good customer base to grow the paper business; manage the relationship with key customers and offering them solution in term of best quality at right price.
Adhere to sales policies, standards & procedures to ensure quantity, quality & cost effectiveness.
Establish and achieve the sales targets in assigned territories/key international markets; manage, motivate and develop channel partners/distributors.

Skills

Bachelor degree, MBA preferred.
At least 3-5 years sales experience in the paper or paperboard industry.
Professional with hand on experience of working in Paper Trading companies will be given preference.
Proven track record in Sales of paper products.
Familiar with international trading terms and best practice.
Excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation skills.
Proficient in English communication, Spanish speaking will be needed for Latin America market.
Able to travel to remote site operations and sales locations as required.
