- Act as a liaison between the Sales Director and other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Preparation of sales estimates, proposals and other documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and operations team, including managing calendars, and expense reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information to prospective and existing customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Providing excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Schedule support engineers for customer complaints and update all records on time.
- Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in a similar industry (e.g., technology, consumer electronics, dealing with high net worth individuals).
- Familiarity with sales and customer support techniques with proper knowledge on processes.
