We are a new company seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations and create a full-fledged sales strategy for the Dubai market.
What you will do
Manage Housekeeping staff ensuring daily scheduling is accurate and updated.
Monitors the HR tasks of the company
Expedites customer complaints as quickly as possible and notifies management of any issues to ensure customer and employee satisfaction
Works harmoniously and professionally with housekeeping attendants and fosters strong relationships with them
Create and execute a full-fledged marketing campaign. Must have excellent skills with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads
