Education Qualification - MBA/PGDM - Sales and Marketing.
Experience -2-4 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing UAE experience is mandatory.

About the job:
You will be based out of Dubai, U.A.E. Your primary responsibility will be to drive new sales by identifying and pursuing opportunities within the Analytics and Consulting space. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in driving business growth and success. Your responsibility is to generate new profitable business opportunities, aligning with strategic objectives and contributing to overall organizational growth. Heading a new department in the organization, you would be needing to devise the sales process, lead generation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with leadership team to ensure we hit our aggressive sales and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities. Conduct research to identify potential clients, target markets, and emerging trends to strategically position our solutions and services.
• Manage the generation of high-quality new business leads. • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline for new business customers.
• Successfully convert new business leads into opportunities.
• Design, propose, and negotiate profitable contracts, creating value for both parties.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan.
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads.
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies.
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns
• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, and competition ventures.
• Conduct sales pitch to the key decision makers for generating sales opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and key insights within the target regions we focus on.
• Demonstrate a proactive learning mindset, quickly adapting to new information, tools, and industry developments.
• Develop sales materials aligning with the organizational standards.
Skills Required
• Dynamic builder of relationships with customers, with track record of identifying new areas of opportunity and negotiating complex business deals for mutual benefit
• Extensive Sales experience in multiple market sales
• Experience working with senior leadership and creating executive-level briefings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to effectively communicate sales strategies, progress, and results through well-written reports and compelling presentations.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing activities and practices and procedures.
