Job Description

We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven Sales Associate to join our  sales department. The person will complete all tasks assigned by the Manager, which may include:
  • Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member and completing all allocated tasks.
  • Research and generate potential customers.
  • Assist customers in identifying their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product and service information.
  • Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, trainings.
  • Help develop customer relationships and retain existing accounts.
  • Updating documents, sales records and system.
  • Observing and carrying out sales processes.
  • Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
  • Assisting managers with negotiations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT products and services
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.​

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
  • Strong self-motivation.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
