Job Description

URGENTLY REQUIRED SALES and MARKETING EXECUTIVE for STONE INDUSTRY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the field of Stone to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to the company's overall success in the UAE market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals in the natural and artificial stone
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, including developers, contractors, architects, consultants and interior designers.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and actively pursue new sales leads.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product information to clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, industry trends, and customer preferences in the UAE.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance


Skills

  • Experience: 10 years of UAE experience within the construction industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction market in the UAE, including key customers, competitors, and market trends.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong client relationships and work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated: Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Driving License: Valid UAE driver’s license is required.
