Tasks and Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences for rental and sales properties.
Organize and conduct property showings for potential buyers and renters.
Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on current real estate trends, pricing, and competitive properties
Create and manage property listings for rentals and sales
Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients.
Prepare and review rental and sales agreements, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and legally compliant. Facilitate the signing of contracts and manage the paperwork required for closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and other real estate professionals
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, such as referrals, networking, and online platforms
Understand clients' needs and preferences, and provide them with detailed information about our properties
Conduct property viewings and showcase the unique features and benefits of each property
Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate a smooth closing process
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, property values, and competitors
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance sales skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Proven experience as a real estate agent, with a minimum of 12 months in the field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including the latest developer projects in Dubai and the UAE.
