Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences for rental and sales properties.
  • Organize and conduct property showings for potential buyers and renters.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on current real estate trends, pricing, and competitive properties
  • Create and manage property listings for rentals and sales
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare and review rental and sales agreements, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and legally compliant. Facilitate the signing of contracts and manage the paperwork required for closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and other real estate professionals
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, such as referrals, networking, and online platforms
  • Understand clients' needs and preferences, and provide them with detailed information about our properties
  • Conduct property viewings and showcase the unique features and benefits of each property
  • Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate a smooth closing process
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, property values, and competitors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance sales skills and knowledge

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a real estate agent, with a minimum of 12 months in the field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including the latest developer projects in Dubai and the UAE.
