We are urgently seeking a motivated and dedicated Female Sales and Customer Support representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, providing exceptional customer support, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and live chats.
- Provide comprehensive information about our products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Process customer orders, manage billing inquiries, and handle complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute to promotional activities.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, and administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service principles.
