Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Present and promote Nudge Marketing’s services to clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding the progress of their campaigns.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM tools consistently.
