About the job Sales Advisor
We are looking for a Sales Advisor to be stationed inside a salon in Dubai. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, recommend suitable hair care products, and drive sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist salon clients in selecting the best hair care products based on their needs.
- Promote and educate customers about the benefits of various hair care brands.
- Achieve sales targets and enhance the salon's product retail performance.
- Maintain product displays and stock levels inside the salon.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or retail, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Arabic speaker (mandatory).
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
