eMagine Solutions is seeking a talented Sales Administrator for our esteemed client, a leading E-Commerce company. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, monitoring KPIs, setting weekly tasks, and supporting both the marketing and business development teams. Your ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, manage diaries, and coordinate meetings will be essential to the smooth operation of the sales team.


Key Responsibilities:


- Diary Management: Efficiently manage the diaries of the sales team, scheduling and coordinating meetings, ensuring no conflicts and optimal time management.

- KPI Monitoring: Track and monitor key performance indicators, providing regular updates and reports to the sales team and management.

- Weekly Task Setting: Assist in setting and prioritizing weekly tasks for the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.

- Support Marketing & Business Development: Provide administrative support to the marketing and business development teams, including preparation of materials, coordination of campaigns, and follow-up on leads.

- Ad Hoc Admin Duties: Handle various administrative tasks as needed, ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities within the sales department.


Qualifications:


- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales or E-Commerce environment.

- Exceptional diary management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.

- Strong understanding of KPI monitoring and reporting.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
