Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Efficiently process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Verify customer information, pricing, and shipping details.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Generate invoices, packing slips, and other relevant sales documentation.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
Provide information on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain positive customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.
Input and update customer information, sales data, and other relevant information.
Generate reports on sales performance, customer activity, and other key metrics.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and managing sales collateral.
Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth workflows.
Assist with trade show preparation and event logistics.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Odoo) is an advantage.
