Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Administrator for one of our clients with the following details:
Location: Dubai, UAE
Contract Duration: Permanent – Direct hire
Qualification and Experience Required:
- Accomplished computer skills - proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Customer oriented.
- Have the ability to work in a team. Is able to accept tasks and deadlines specified by others, with a moderate level of supervision.
- Is able to prioritize and manage administrative tasks for several customers.
- Good organization and rigor (multi-task function).
- Manages and delivers on tasks given.
- Manage time effectively by understanding priorities to achieve results.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient communication skills required for liaison with other members of staff and customers/mills.
- Knowledge of OCTG business would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support on the VME Business System from receipt of enquiry to delivery of material, encompassing the following steps:
- Enquiry quotation (prepare the offer in the appropriate format).
- Sales Order Entry / Amendment.
- Purchase Order Entry and order status follow up.
- Liaison with company Sales Hubs.
- Order expediting.
- Provide documentation packages.
- Invoicing in SAP.
- Follow-up until payment received.
- KPIs on allocated customers or mills.
- Be the focal point between external (agents/customers) and internal customers (mills, logistic, finance, quality, legal, planning, IT business support).
- Liaise with all inter departments (Sales, Technical, enquiry, SSC, Finance etc) to ensure offers, orders are well executed and support inter departments, when required.
- Back-up of other sales administrators in the team.
