Cigna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and dynamic UAE National for the role of Sales Support in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of sales operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
1. Should be working from Monday to Friday, in line with Dubai timings.
2. Abide to Hybrid working available as per cigna policy
3. To manage quote requests received from different CHANNELS, SEGMENT for Micro SME
4. Census/TOB screening and formatting and releasing proposal
5. Lead Allocation for direct channel
6. Provide Support with reporting needs per business request
7. Mailbox management- Completion of allocated QR by end of day
8. Working collaboratively within the support, underwriting and broader sales team
9. Building trust/relationships with internal teams and BROKER’S/CLIENTS
10. Product mastery to offer best suited options
11. Contribute towards building and improvisation of internal processes and guidelines
12. Collaborates with sales support team to deliver excellent service
13. Business awareness and prioritisation
14. Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication to Internal and external clients
15. Build relations with internal departments to ensure all resources are utilized to the benefit of the client/broker, working within the regional benefits and reaching out to relevant service teams where necessary

UAE National.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English.
