Job Description

We are representing a leading FX trading company in Dubai seeking a dynamic Sales Admin Coordinator to support their growing sales team and ensure smooth operations across the business. This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual with a strong background in sales administration and coordination within financial services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring seamless execution of processes and client management.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and materials for client meetings and internal reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of client requirements and resolve any issues.
  • Manage CRM systems, track sales performance metrics, and assist with pipeline management.
  • Handle client communication and follow-ups, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Assist in organising events, campaigns, and other sales-driven initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.


Skills

Desired skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a sales administration or coordination role, preferably within the FX trading or financial services sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the FX trading industry and related products is highly advantageous.
