About the job Sales Admin / Coordinator - Construction
Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure all orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to sales inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordination:
- Liaise with other departments (logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Track and follow up on sales leads and opportunities to support the sales team in achieving their targets.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a sales administrative or coordination role within the construction or tile industry in Dubai.
- Familiarity with sales processes and CRM software.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Other Requirements:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
