Job Title: Admin Executive Agency Management


Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive to manage our agency and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and be responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the agency by effectively managing vendors and supporting various administrative functions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, contract management, and communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, agreements, and performance.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and invoices.
  • Monitor and manage vendor performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Provide administrative support to the agency management team.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all agency-related documents.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required.
  • Assist in organizing agency events and meetings.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the agency.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in administrative roles, preferably with experience in vendor management.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents.
    • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
    • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
