Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a proactive sales hunter, engaging customers through calls and meetings to drive opportunities.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters and build strong client relationships.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of cybersecurity solutions that align with customer objectives.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for growth to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand opportunities and work with the support team to resolve customer escalations.
Desired Candidate:
  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management or B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Established contacts within the IT sector of Dubai and Northern Emirates.
  • Fluent in English, with strong negotiation and presentation skills (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure, with a self-driven and motivated approach.
  • Holds a valid UAE driving license and is based in Dubai or Northern Emirates.
