Job Description



Lumitech Solutions IFZA is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving net new business by developing and managing your own portfolio of accounts. Your primary focus will be on understanding the full Information Technology (IT) needs of each customer and prospect, building strong peer-to-peer relationships, and delivering tailored IT solutions that meet their business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a robust pipeline of prospects. 

- Account Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts, maintaining and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers within each organization.

- Needs Assessment: Engage with customers to understand their IT requirements, challenges, and goals. Collaborate with internal teams to propose customized solutions that align with their business strategies.

- Sales Execution: Present and sell both new and refurbished IT solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and maximizing revenue potential.

- Time Management: Take ownership of your schedule, managing your time effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with key stakeholders within customer and prospect organizations, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.

- Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress against targets, and market feedback to management.
