Job Description

  • Identifies and capture opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Maintains a delicate balance between client and company goals while focusing on client accounts to form budding client relationships.
  • With an emphasis on client satisfaction by building long-term relationships, an account manager portrays the primary duty of acting as the go-to person for handling accounts and clients assigned to him, and assist them with any queries.
  • Communicates regularly with several clients to keep them updated about the state of their account. The focus of an account manager lies in creating and nurturing long-term relationship with these clients.
