We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager who can drive new client acquisition, foster relationships, and contribute to our business growth. You will play a critical role in identifying potential leads, educating them about our platform, understanding their needs, and persuading them to partner with us, ensuring top-notch relationship management.Responsibilities: Lead generation and management to generate new client base using existing and potential networks.Relationship management with existing customers to ensure client satisfaction and retentionStaying up-to-date regarding details of our platform offerings and USPs with the ability to confidently relay these.Meeting sales targets aligned with company objectives.Create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and solutions.Prepare and update client reports and records regularly.Analyse and present sales performance metrics to the management on a regular basisManage invoicing setup, maintenance, and tracking processes.Reporting on the status of accounts and transactions·       Handle incoming inquiries and communications from prospective clients promptly and professionally.Take note of clients' suggestions or complaints and forward them to relevant teams.Attend training sessions to enhance communication skills and deepen client engagement.
