Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Welcome callers with a polite and friendly demeanor, providing them with relevant information
- Take messages accurately and convey them promptly to the intended recipients
- Assist with outgoing calls, ensuring timely communication
- Maintain a detailed log of all calls made and received
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Uphold the hotel's standards of professionalism and hospitality
- Engage in various administrative tasks as required
