Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labor tasks to support drilling operations, including cleaning and maintaining rig equipment.
  • Assist in the assembly and disassembly of drilling rigs and related equipment.
  • Load and unload materials and supplies, ensuring proper storage and handling.
  • Operate basic tools and machinery as directed by the supervisor.
  • Support other crew members in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents to the supervisor.



Skills

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in oil and gas drilling operations is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
  • Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of hand tools.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Competencies:

  • Physically fit to handle demanding labor in outdoor and offshore environments.
  • Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work long hours, including shifts in remote locations.
