What We’re Looking For


  • A proven track record of 1-2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment in a similar role, delivering sensational Guest Experiences synonymous with FIVE's award-winning Service Quality.
  • Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, while possessing an exceptional knowledge of Hotel PMS, specifically Opera.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).
  • An elevated and energetic Conversationalist, engaging Guests with lively discussions.
  • A Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy that sets the tone for a Sensational Guest Experience.
  • Next-Level Organisational and Supervisory skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
  • A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive revenue and manage costs effectively.

Key Responsibilities


  • Acts as the Initial Touch Point for Room Reservations within the Group, promptly and professionally handling all requests with ‘FIVE-Styled’ Flair.
  • Engages with Guests in a highly professional manner, ensuring all Reservations are Meticulously handled to exceed Guest Expectations.
  • Delivers Prompt and Efficient Service, reflecting the Award-Winning ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
  • Cultivates exceptional Guest Telephone Skills, Adeptly promoting the Hotel with every interaction.
  • Fields internal and external Calls with Finesse, ensuring Positive Outcomes for all Guest Queries and Reservation Requests.
  • Promptly and accurately Accepts and Delivers Messages for Guests and Management, maintaining the Highest Standards of Communication.
  • Ensures Wake-Up Calls are executed Flawlessly, offering Guests a Rejuvenating start to their day.
  • Handles Emergency Calls with Precision, providing comprehensive and accurate information to ensure Guest Safety and Satisfaction.
  • Swiftly Converts inquiries into contracted business, showcasing Sensational Negotiation Skills.
  • Negotiates alternative rates with callers exhibiting resistance, crafting Bespoke Solutions for every Guest.
  • Utilises exceptional Communication Skills to negotiate and present ‘FIVE-Star’ rates.
  • Identifies Lucrative Sales Opportunities across Diverse Clientele, from individuals to corporate accounts and beyond.
  • Possesses comprehensive Knowledge of all Business Segments and Reservations Department Tasks, aligning seamlessly with FIVE's boundary-breaking standards.
  • Handles Guest Queries across various channels with Agility and Finesse, always striving to Exceed Expectations.
  • Showcases in-depth Knowledge of Hotel Facilities and Promotions, utilising Bold Upselling techniques to enhance the Guest Experience.
  • Participates actively in weekly and monthly Department Meetings, contributing to the buzzing and dynamic ‘Vide at FIVE.’
  • Hosts Client Dinners and Engages in client Entertainment Activities as needed, ensuring a ‘FIVE-Star’ experience for Guests.
  • Performs Daily Reservations Tasks with Flair, embracing every opportunity to Elevate the Guest Experience.
  • Completes all Designated Training Promptly, demonstrating a Commitment to Continuous Improvement.
