ABOUT THE FUNCTION


The role is responsible to perform spot checking and revenue controlling, fiscal functions and support overall valet parking services in accordance to the given standards


WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in handling Cash Counter
  • UAE Driving license is an added advantage

  • To be punctual every time you are scheduled for duty.
  • Meet grooming and hygiene standards set by the company.
  • To assist your managers/ superiors in maintaining standards by communicating any problems or potential problems in your work surroundings.
  • Be willing to work a variety of day/night shifts and on several locations within your duty hours in addition to contributing with extra hours when required for special events.
  • Able to converse in English as a common language on work-location and to be aware of basic spoken Arabic as an added advantage.
  • Have an enthusiastic and an energetic personality.
  • Notify your superiors of all negative or positive staff feedback.
  • Perform all additional duties given by your superiors throughout the shift.
  • Assist your colleagues whenever possible should they need help; ask for help should the situation demand assistance.
  • Deposit cash to cash room / cash deposit machine after operation if required.
  • Prepare reconciliation report if required.
  • Perform revenue checks on paid locations and ask for justifications with supervisors should there be anything wrong. 
  • Identify the staff that breaks the given standards continuously and inform to the supervisor / location supervisor to focus on the given staff; prepare offence reports/ give coaching for corrective action if necessary. 
  • Covert Checks on the vehicles handled by the staff and vehicles in the parking area by matching with the tracking sheet/VPMS.
  • Eradicate misuse of parking facilities by customers. 
  • Identify foul play through covert/ spot-checking. 
  • Doing covert checks to stop misuse of valet parking services by staff and pocket the company revenue. 
  • Report any fraudulent activity to the senior management immediately.
  • Support events team for events management (if required).
