Job Description:

  • Implement best practices for revenue management, identify new revenue opportunities, and optimize distribution partnerships to maximize profitability.
  • Oversee daily yield operations, adjust strategies based on market trends and provide weekly dynamic forecasts with budget comparisons and variance analysis.
  • Perform competitive benchmarking, create rolling demand calendars and analyze hotel performance to provide actionable recommendations for long-term strategy improvements.
  • Ensure revenue management systems are fully optimized, maintain a functional website booking process and regularly monitor data quality for accuracy and effectiveness.

Qualifications: 

  • Male, 45 years old and below
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in revenue management, pricing or similar roles, preferably in the hospitality.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS), pricing tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint
