Retail Supervisor

Our client is a renowned luxury floral boutique that epitomizes opulence and elegance. Specializing in the delivery of fresh flowers, long-life roses, and exquisite gifts, we have established a reputation for offering the finest floral arrangements and exceptional service.

They are currently looking for a Retail Supervisor for their store at Mall of Emirates, Dubai. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:
  • Plan and implement weekly schedules for optimal store coverage.
  • Conduct team briefings and monitor personal presentation and compliance with company policies.
  • Evaluate team performance and enhance selling techniques.
• Sales and Commercial:
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining sales momentum.
  • Address challenges in meeting sales goals and monitor Retail SOPs.
  • Assist in creating in-store displays to elevate the boutique's image.
• Customer Focus:
  • Collaborate with the team to create floral arrangements aligned with client requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to customer service standards, including a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage product pricing and presentation.
• Inventory and Stock Control:
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
  • Implement ordering procedures for flowers and supplies.
  • Manage cash transactions and oversee cash deposits.
• Administrative Duties:
  • Comply with opening and closing SOPs.
  • Complete reports such as Daily Sales and Attendance in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; floristry skills are a plus.
• Experience with luxury brands preferred.
