Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in selling pre-owned Apple devices. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products through social media and other online platforms while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell pre-owned Apple devices (MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, etc.) through social media platforms, e-commerce websites, and other online channels.
• Build and maintain an engaging online presence to attract potential customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed product information and assistance.
• Handle sales transactions, ensuring accurate order processing and payment follow-up.
• Develop and implement creative sales strategies to boost online sales.
• Monitor market trends and customer preferences to adjust sales tactics.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.

• High school education or equivalent.
