Female Sales Executive - Floral Bespoke Studio
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team at our floral bespoke studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail, with experience in both online and offline sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service both in-store and online
- Assist with daily retail operations and inventory management
- Process orders and handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
- Support admin tasks, including order tracking, invoicing, and data entry
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized store environment
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of online sales platforms
- A keen interest in floral design or the creative arts is a plus
