The Fashion Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while assisting clients with their selections of suits and other clothing items. The advisor provides expert advice on style, fit, and trends, ensuring that customers find the perfect outfit to meet their needs and preferences. This role also involves contributing to the store’s sales targets, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and engage in a professional, personable manner.
• Assist customers in selecting suits, clothing, and accessories based on their personal style, occasion, and needs.
• Provide expert advice on sizing, fit, fabric, and styling of suits and clothing.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Handle complaints or concerns swiftly and professionally.
• Sales & Product Knowledge:
• Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals.
• Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, tailoring techniques, and product knowledge.
• Promote and upsell complementary products like ties, shoes, and accessories.
• Offer personalized styling tips and wardrobe advice.
• Visual Merchandising & Store Maintenance:
• Assist in organizing and maintaining store displays, ensuring products are presented attractively.
• Replenish inventory and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and tidy.
• Support store management with inventory checks and reporting.
• Operations:
• Process transactions efficiently using the store’s POS system.
• Participate in stocktaking and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and excellent customer service at all times.
