Job Description

Working as Property Coordinator within our Property Asset Management team, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining properties on behalf of our clients. This role involves coordinating various aspects of retail property operations, tenant relations, maintenance, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the properties under their responsibility.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while ensuring compliance with policies and legal regulations.
  • Issue leasing proposals to existing and new tenants, negotiate prices within range agreed as per the pricing strategy and unit rates, arrange signing of leases and all administration related to leasing.
  • Communicate with tenants on walkthroughs during move-ins and move-outs, documenting property conditions and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant communication, maintenance requests, lease agreements, and property inspections.
  • Process rental payments, track rent collection, and handle late payment issues following company procedures.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial reporting related to property operations and expenses.
  • Stay informed about regulations related to property management and tenant-landlord relationships.
  • Act as a point of contact for property-related emergencies, addressing urgent maintenance issues and coordinating repairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with relevant parties, including property owners and emergency services, to ensure the safety and well-being of tenants and properties.
  • Other tasks as required.
