Job Description

  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of retail sales team, conduct daily sales meeting and plan the time management with every salesman on daily basis.
  • Provide a weekly products training meeting with sales team and put a fully sales target plan and strategy.
  • Estimate the new projects, check the costings and follow-up the important orders till be handed over to our store.

About the Client:

A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that was established in 1948.

 

Qualifications:

  • Male, 45 years old and below
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail management within paints industries.
  • Must have in-depth understanding of paints, coatings, and building materials, including familiarity with the latest trends, products, and application techniques.
