We are recruiting a 'Retail Lease Contract Manager' for one of our clients based in Sharjah, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate lease proposals and negotiate terms to secure favorable outcomes for the company
Draft, review, and revise lease agreements, amendments, and related documents to ensure clarity and adherence to company standards
Collaborate with legal counsel to minimize risks and address potential issues within lease agreements
Ensure the timely execution of lease documents and adherence to internal approval processes
Perform financial analyses of lease agreements to evaluate their impact on the company’s financial performance, including cash flow, ROI, and cost-benefit assessments
Monitor rent payments, operating expenses, and common area maintenance (CAM) charges to ensure accuracy and compliance with lease terms
Support the development of leasing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and market opportunities
Foster and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, brokers, and internal teams to promote effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field
Over 5 years of experience in retail lease management, commercial real estate, or property management
In-depth knowledge of real estate principles, leasing strategies, and financial analysis
Strong negotiation skills with a proven history of successful lease agreements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail
