Retail Jewelry Salesman

We are seeking a passionate,skilled and customer-focused Retail Jewelry Salesman for our Jewelry store in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, preferably in the jewelry industry, and must be fluent in both English and Arabic to engage with our diverse customer base. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a professional appearance, and a solid understanding of jewelry products and trends.

• Greet and assist customers to ensure a memorable and positive shopping experience.
  
• Help customers select jewelry based on their individual preferences and needs.
  
• Provide detailed information regarding jewelry pieces, including materials, design, and care instructions.
  
• Process transactions, manage cash handling, and accurately operate the payment systems.
  
• Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends and industry innovations.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store.
  
• Upsell and cross-sell jewelry pieces when appropriate.
  
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet store objectives.
  
• Actively participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when stock needs replenishment.
  

• Proven experience as a Salesman, with a preference for candidates from the jewelry industry.
  
• Strong proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  
• A solid understanding of jewelry types, designs, and current market trends.
  
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
  
• Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance.
  
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications or certifications related to sales or jewelry are a plus.
  

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail or luxury sales environment.
  
• Knowledge of high-end jewelry brands and the ability to identify valuable pieces.
  
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technology.
