Retail Banking Officer - Home Finance (Emirati Only)

To comply with country regulations, we are looking for UAE talent to fill this role.

Job Responsibility:

• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) customers. 
• Co-ordination: skilled to coordinate with various internal patterns (SSU, Credit & operations, etc..), and deliver remarkable result.
• Deploy and manage MIS for MBRHE deals, with up to date information.
• Provide high standards services externally & internally.
• Ensure all KYC and anti money laundering are met and monitor the team for the same.
• Strict adherence to SOP's and Low risk rating by internal audit.
• 100% control of documentation and detection of fraudulent activity.
• Shari'a requirements are met in documentation process

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• High School /Diploma Graduate
• Relevant experience in related/similar job  (over 2-3 years)
• Experience in UAE in banking industry
