Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Retail Associate at Motiongate. In this position, you'll take on 
key responsibilities that include: 

• Possess strong product knowledge and selling skills to assist guests with their inquiries and go the extra mile to help them.
• Maintain store housekeeping, stock replenishment, and merchandise display as part of the daily routine.
• Understand the store’s assortment mix and monitor inventory movement, reporting any irregularities to Store Management.
• Assist team members in a positive and professional manner while ensuring collaboration and effective teamwork.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, ensuring POS functions are performed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements and follow safety procedures related to the job.
• Follow fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures, assisting guests and exercising the "duty of care."
• Use equipment, machines, and tools safely, keeping all work areas free of clutter and maintaining high standards of hygiene.
• Ensure fire exits are not blocked, fire extinguishers are updated, and first aid kits are complete and easily accessible.
• Report hazards and near-miss incidents to the Line Manager, cooperating in timely resolution and adhering to company safety protocols.

About you:
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• High school certificate or technical diploma in relevant discipline Desirable 
• Preferably 1 year retail experience or fresh graduate Desirable 
• Preferably has theme park retail operations experience
• Effective oral and written communications skills in English · 
• Ability to calculate simple mathematics and collect different modes of payment accurately
