Your mission

As the Retail Activation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing retail activation strategies that drive brand awareness and sales for our dermatology cosmetic and personal care products for UAE & KSA. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance our presence in retail environments and ensure optimal product visibility and engagement.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create and implement retail activation plans that align with brand objectives and market trends in the Middle East.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and promotional strategies across retail channels.
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and training sessions to engage consumers and educate retail staff about our products.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and consumer feedback to assess the effectiveness of retail initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and support for activation initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in the dermatology and personal care sectors.
Who you are ?






  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail activation, brand management, or sales in the cosmetics, personal care, or medical care industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle East retail landscape and consumer behavior.
  • Proven track record of successful retail activation campaigns and in-store promotions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
