Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for our client's luxurious Shisha Lounge in Dubai. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing all aspects of the lounge operations. You will lead the team in providing excellent shisha and dining services, ensuring high-quality offerings and a stylish atmosphere that aligns with the luxurious brand image.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Shisha Lounge, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase lounge popularity.
- Manage inventory and stock levels, coordinating with suppliers to ensure high-quality shisha and beverages.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor and manage lounge performance metrics, including revenue, cost control, and staff productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Promote the lounge through marketing and advertising initiatives, both online and offline.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and establishment standards.
- Prepare and present reports on lounge performance to senior management.
