What You’ll Do:
✔️ Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-quality service and efficiency
✔️ Develop and train a high-performing team to create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere
✔️ Manage inventory, budgets, and supplier relationships to optimize costs and quality
✔️ Work closely with chefs to curate a menu that complements our surf lifestyle
✔️ Drive revenue growth through innovative promotions and customer engagement
