Kinetic is working with a leading F&B company who are hiring multiple Restaurant Managers to be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to follow company procedures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Manage operational costs to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 7 years of experience within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.
- Solid understanding of business financials, including budgeting and cost control.
