Job Description

  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
  •  Customer Service expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Maintain operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional service standards& so on
  • Leverage offline marketing events to expand the brand's outreach.
  • Analyze the existing inventory and order required products in advance.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of existing staff and offer invaluable insights for their improvement.

Skills

  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait for staff.
  • Detailed understanding of the food and beverage domain and a knack for elaborating on various dishes.
  • Detailed understanding of the budgetary factors for improving profits.
  • Ability to engage with customers through effective use of food knowledge.
