About the location:
What you will do
Develop and execute annual R&B marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and Four Seasons guidelines.
Lead R&B's digital strategy, managing social media channels, content creation, and reporting to enhance brand visibility.
Oversee R&B’s digital presence, including websites, third-party reviews, and online reputation management.
Manage restaurant databases and email marketing campaigns while adhering to privacy laws and internal protocols.
Collaborate with Restaurant GMs, Executive Chefs, and Beverage Managers to create promotional campaigns, menus, and content.
Coordinate partnerships, sponsorships, and social media influencer engagements to amplify key messages.
Manage creative assets, including photo/video shoots, ensuring alignment with Four Seasons' brand standards and overseeing collateral production.
What you bring
Previous 3-5 years experience in the similar role
Excellent writing, presentation and communications skills, with a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set
Photography skills and an eye for aesthetic
Media relations experience
Demonstrated knowledge emerging trends and evolution of social media applications
Knowledge of production methods in graphic arts and collateral
Computer savvy with Microsoft Office and various design programs including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
